Classes at Hallowell Clay Works We offer hand-building and wheel-throwing classes for beginners and advanced students. Our classes are limited to 8 students to maximize individual attention. Our teachers are committed to your learning and will meet you where you are. We encourage creativity and discovery as we show you the many possibilities there are with clay. We welcome beginners in a casual atmosphere and encourage questions. Our mission is for you to relax, enjoy and create. View a slide show of Malley throwing pottery on the wheel. Classes for 2008 Wednesday and Thursday evening classes from 6 to 8:30 PM 8-week sessions beginning: January 2 - 3 March 4 - 5 May 6 - 7 July 7 - 8 September 9 - 10 November 4 - 5 *Schedule may change slightly. Please call 626-7687 to confirm dates and times. The cost for a class is $250.00, which includes all clay, glazes, firings and studio time for practice. Studio times my change slightly each session.
